At Dance Theme International, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Please review our refund policy before making a purchase.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Digital products include, but are not limited to:

Downloadable Resources
Printed Products
All printed products are made to order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@dancethemeinternational.com. We will gladly review the issue and, if approved, replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Refunds or returns are not available for:

Buyer’s remorse

Incorrect items ordered by the customer

Minor color variations between digital displays and printed products

Damage caused after delivery

Shipping delays caused by the carrier
Custom Services
Custom services are created specifically for each client and studio.
These services include, but are not limited to:

Music Editing
-
Custom Background Design
-
Production Consulting
-
Custom Production Resources
Because work begins specifically for your project, all custom service sales are final once work has begun.
If you need to cancel a custom service before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Order Cancellations
Printed product orders may be canceled only before production begins.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Digital product orders cannot be canceled once access has been provided.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will verify the duplicate transaction and, if confirmed, issue a refund for the duplicate order.
