Physical Products
All printed Director's Guides, Choreography Notebooks, and other physical products are printed to order.
Please allow 10–15 business days for production before your order ships. During peak recital season (August through December), production times may extend to 15–20 business days due to increased demand.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping transit times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. Dance Theme International is not responsible for delays, returned shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Digital Products
Digital products, including Director's Guides, Background Packages, and other downloadable resources, are delivered electronically after your purchase is complete. Access instructions will be provided by email.
If you experience any issues accessing your digital products, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
Custom Services
Custom services—including music editing, custom background design, production consulting, and other personalized projects—are completed according to the estimated timeline provided with your quote or order confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on project scope and our current production schedule.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated production and shipping timelines, delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, holidays, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Damaged or Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at info@dtirecitals.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
