3. Intellectual Property
All Dance Theme International products, including Director's Guides, Choreography Notebooks, Background Packages, graphics, worksheets, layouts, production resources, logos, branding, website content, and other creative materials are protected by United States copyright laws.
Purchasing a product grants the customer a limited, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials within one studio location unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may not:

Upload purchased materials to public websites or file-sharing platforms

Redistribute or sublicense purchased products

Claim Dance Theme International materials as their own intellectual property
4. Product Delivery
Digital and printed products are delivered in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Estimated production and shipping times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed.
5. Custom Services
Music editing, custom backgrounds, production consulting, and other personalized services begin once payment (or any required deposit) has been received.
Completion timelines are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and current workload.
6. Music Licensing
Studios are solely responsible for obtaining any licenses, permissions, synchronization rights, public performance rights, or other legal authorizations required for the music used in their productions.
Dance Theme International provides creative editing services only and does not provide music licensing or legal advice regarding copyright compliance.
7. Payments
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Orders and custom services may not begin until payment has been received.
8. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds, returns, cancellations, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
